Odds & Ends
While still trying to shake off a New Year's Day induced football hangover, here are a few items of interest.- The Steelers added a player to their practice squad that they had in interest in drafting back in 2006.
- Now that he's made the Pro Bowl, and been chosen as the Steelers' Most Valuable Player, James Harrison is beginning to get some attention.
- Saying that the Heinz Field turf is "a lawsuit pending," Fred Taylor suggests the Rooneys quit being so cheap and purchase some Field Turf.
- Last, and most importantly, the injury bug continues to bite the Steelers as Max Starks (meniscus)and Clint Kriewaldt are out for the remainder of the season -- however long that might be.
